I highly recommend this pillow. There are many buckwheat pillows but not all of them are comfortable or well-made. The shape is important. I used to use buckwheat pillows with typical American shape which is flat and big. This Sachi cylinder pillow supports lower skull and neck very well. The size is compact and perfect. I can't find any better pillow in the market.
